Bi-Monthly Local Business Website Highlight

Get Fit Akron is a great place to get started on the path to becoming as healthy as you want to be. A link provided is Fitday.com, where you can keep detailed records of daily foods eaten, any activities you perform, goals, and progress. I am about 2 weeks into it and it is quite amazing how aloof i had always been to what I ate, whereas when you force yourself to document everything you eat, it really makes you think twice before having a quick snack or combatting the munchies. I have also highlighted a more business oriented site below.

http://www.akronhousing.org/ - Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority. Great Site. Very informative. Brings the business of housing into a personal setting and provides informative details for a variety of subjects.

Unique happenings around Ohio

Provided by Ron. The Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure. This sounds great.

Sean,

GOBA stopped this year in Findley, Tiffen, Port Clinton, Elmore and Upper Sandusky. GOBAVille is the largest moving city in Ohio, with some 3000 participants each year. Go to www.goba.com for more information. This year was the second time I have done it. It's wild to see Gobaville pack up and move each day in about 3 hours. At noon there will be an empty field and by 3 there are literally thousands of tents. Same thing happens in reverse in the morning.

Ron

Thank you Ron.

Have a great Independence Weekend

The link above talks about Lock 3 Live events in Downtown Akron for 4th of July Weekend.

Recapping June...

I sold a 40,000 Sq Ft+ Downtown Akron Building.

I sold a 21-unit apartment complex

I have 18-units under contract

I listed 10-units

I am listing 4-units next week

In May, I represented a Buyer in the purchase of a Downtown Hudson office & retail building.
Our office closed the sale of a strip center in Akron on Manchester Road.

I still have a couple of apartment buildings in our listing portfolio, so if you have an interest, please let me know, or if you think with the rise in interest rates looming, that now is the time to sell and maximize your profit, let me know.

Gone Surfing,

Sean
